🌙 Snooze or Suhoor? Easy Hacks for Little Ones + Sleep Tips for All Kids!
Dear Parents,
Ramadhan is here, and if you have little ones fasting, you might be familiar with the suhoor struggle—half-asleep kids, groggy yawns, and endless “just five more minutes, please!” 😅
But don’t worry! I have some simple hacks to make those early morning wake-ups smoother:
✅ Fun Wake-Up Tricks – Play their favorite cartoon theme song, use a gentle tickle, or even turn it into a little game!
✅ Easy & Tasty Suhoor – Keep meals light but filling. Think smoothies, overnight oats, banana wraps with peanut butter, or dates with milk.
✅ Sleep Schedule Prep – Adjust bedtime slightly so they’re not waking up from deep sleep.
✅ Let Them Choose – Kids love control! Let them pick their suhoor meal (from a pre-approved list 😉) so they’re more excited to wake up.

💡 Not fasting? No problem! These sleep tips work for all kids:
🛏️ Establish a Consistent Routine – A predictable bedtime and wake-up time improve overall sleep quality.
📱 Reduce Screens Before Bed – Blue light from screens can mess with melatonin, making it harder to fall asleep.
🧘♀️ Create a Calm Wind-Down Routine – Reading, gentle stretches, or listening to soothing sounds can help kids relax before bed.
Whether your child is fasting or just needs better sleep habits, small changes can make a big difference! 💜
✨ Happy International Women’s Day! 💜
