🔍 Why Does My Child Snore?

Here are some common reasons:

• 🤧 Nasal congestion: Allergies, colds, or even a deviated septum could be the cause.

• 🦠 Enlarged tonsils or adenoids: These can block airflow and lead to snoring.

• 🛏️ Sleep apnea: Although less common, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) can affect children and may require medical attention.

If your child’s snoring is frequent and accompanied by gasping, restlessness, or pauses in breathing, it’s best to consult a pediatrician. 💬👩‍⚕️

To improve sleep quality and reduce snoring, establish a simple bedtime routine:
